The
Significant Activity Report (SAR) is produced every week by
Chief Frost. It briefly summarizes the information from the
initial complaint or arrest report. Since this is based on
the initial report to the police, it does not reflect
the findings of the officers’ or detectives’
investigations. It should not be relied upon as an official
police report or be used for statistical information.
Rather, it is intended merely as a weekly summary of
significant police reports and arrests. It does not contain
the names of victims of sexual assaults or child
abuse/neglect.
