It is with sincere sadness and sorrow we announce the passing of our zoning inspector, Rick Martin. He was a friend to all, loved Beaver Township, and the township loved him. Rick worked the majority of his law enforcement career at Beaver police, upon retiring as a Detective Lieutenant, became our zoning inspector. A true professional and always a gentlemen- his story telling was the best! Rest in peace, our friend Rick Martin.
